I’m Sophia
I’m Sophia, a BACP-registered therapist offering one-to-one and group therapy. My approach draws on evidence-based practices including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), trauma-informed therapy, and person-centred work.
I am a BPS-registered neurodivergent clinical assessor and therapist. I use EMDR and CBT to help neurodivergent clients. They struggle to identify feelings sometimes, and EMDR is the best option for any unprocessed emotions.
I also offer ADHD therapy sessions using the DIVA-5 clinical interview tool — recognised internationally for adult ADHD.
Ultimately, therapy with me is led by you. It’s a space for reflection, grounding, and real psychological growth.
